2. Limitations of Home Care
Our visiting doctors will provide their best professional assessment based on your symptoms and physical examination. However, the home environment limits access to advanced imaging, complex specialized tests, and immediate surgical interventions. If the doctor determines that your condition cannot be safely managed at home, they will advise immediate hospitalization. DocNCR shall not be held liable if a patient refuses the recommendation to visit a hospital.
3. Medication Guidance Liability
Any medications recommended by DocNCR doctors are based entirely on the health history provided by the patient and the physical examination conducted at the time. It is the patient's responsibility to fully disclose any known allergies, existing medical conditions, or medications currently being taken to avoid adverse drug interactions.
